These terms and conditions apply to the use of the horsefind.be website. This online platform offers various services: horses, equestrian property, services, events, jobs and stallions. All the content offered on this site is provided by various advertisers, both private individuals and professionals. These advertisers are entirely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Animal welfare rules are respected at all times. HORSEFiND assumes no responsibility for the content of the advertisements. HORSEFiND publishes advertisements but does not mediate or negotiate between the advertiser/seller and the buyer. HORSEFiND is not a party to the sale. By using our services, the advertiser agrees to these terms and conditions.

These conditions apply to all use of the site, including the publication of advertisements, searches and contact with advertisers.
Advertisements must be truthful and not misleading. It is forbidden to publish illegal, offensive or unauthorised content. The user guarantees that he/she is authorised to offer the horse, good, service, event, job or stallion.
The publication of an advert is subject to the rates indicated on the 'Price list' page. Payment is made by the methods offered (Bancontact, VISA, etc.) at the time of submission.
Professional advertisers receive an invoice by e-mail within two working days of payment.
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by HORSEFiND (e.g. in the event of a technical problem preventing the ad from being seen). Ads are automatically shared on HORSEFiND's social networks at no additional cost. The advertiser tacitly agrees to this.
All site content (text, images, logos) is the property of HORSEFiND or the paying advertiser. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. The user guarantees to have the necessary rights or authorisations.
HORSEFiND acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or legality of the listings. HORSEFiND accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the site. Any abuse or inappropriate content can be reported to info@horsefind.be.
HORSEFiND reserves the right to remove any ad that violates these terms or the law without notice.
HORSEFiND respects the RGPD. Advertisements remain online for the following periods: horses, real estate, jobs: max. 6 months / services, stallions: max. 1 year / events: up to one week after the date.
Personal data is deleted once it has expired, unless otherwise required by law.
HORSEFiND may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed at least 30 days in advance via the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These general terms and conditions have been translated into French and English. In the event of any difference of interpretation between the two versions, the Dutch version shall prevail.
Belgian law applies. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court.
