1.HORSEFiND has a website which presents its activities as a service provider.

This site uses an online contact form to receive requests from Internet users, and the data collected in this way is recorded in a file of prospective customers.

Responding to requests for information posted on the website.
To send advertisements by e-mail or post to prospective customers who have not objected to them about products and/or services marketed by our company.
2. HORSEFiND maintains a Customer file for the purpose of managing offers, contracts (including the performance of such contracts) with Customers.

Legal basis for processing

- Issuing quotations, offers and managing contracts: the legal basis for processing is the performance of contracts and pre-contractual measures (Cf. article 6.1.b of the RGPD).

- The legal basis for processing is the company's legitimate interest (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the RGPD), i.e. to promote our products and services and attract new customers.

Data categories

- Identity: title, surname, first name, e-mail address, address, telephone number.

- Data relating to commercial offers and contracts

Data recipients

HORSEFiND staff and certain subcontractors (secretaries, graphic designers, project managers, web managers, etc.) are recipients of all or some of the categories of data.

Data retention period

- Data required to issue quotations: two (2) years if the quotation is not followed up; if the quotation results in an order, the data is transferred to our company's customer file.

- Data required to carry out commercial prospecting operations with our prospective customers: three (3) years from the date of collection of the data or the last contact from the prospective customer.

- Data concerning opt-out lists: three (3) years.
