Zoon van Ermitage Kalone uit de moeder Hanky Panky die afstamt van de vererver Calvaro en verder van de ambassadeur Heartbreaker. Hanky Panky toonde als 4-jarige enorm veel werklust en kwaliteit op de sprong. Jammer genoeg eindige haar sportcarrière als prille 5-jarige door een fractuur en werd ze later ingezet in de fokkerij. Haar oudste product Parenthese (Baloubet) sprong op 7 jarige leeftijd op 135 niveau met Esther Manders. De in 2021 geboren zuster van Ultra Star « Valkyri JM » werd BWP Kampioen bij de merrieveulens.
Zijn grootmoeder is ook de grootmoeder van Fleuri v/d Koekelberg (Winningmood) die op 155 niveau sprong met Dirk Demeersman, alsook van de Cardento zoon Gorky F die op 140 niveau sprong. Via zijn 3de moeder komen we bij het paard Vagabond (Fantastique) die deelnam aan de Olympische spelen van Sydney onder Canadese vlag.
Ultra Star JM werd in 2023 uitgeroepen tot Kampioen van de BWP hengstenkeuring. In 2024 sprong hij 4/4 maal foutloos in de Belgische hengstencompetitie waardoor hij ook hier tot mede kampioen werd gekroond.

Fils d’Ermitage Kalone, Ultra Star JM est issu de la jument Hanky Panky, descendante du chef de race Calvaro et, plus loin dans la lignée, de l’ambassadeur Heartbreaker. Hanky Panky montrait, à 4 ans, énormément de volonté et de qualité à l’obstacle. Malheureusement, sa carrière sportive prit fin prématurément à 5 ans suite à une fracture, après quoi elle fut mise à l’élevage.
Son plus âgé, Parenthese (Baloubet), sautait à 7 ans sur 1m35 avec Esther Manders. La sœur d’Ultra Star, Valkyri JM, née en 2021, fut sacrée Championne BWP chez les pouliches.
Sa grand‑mère est également la grand‑mère de Fleuri v/d Koekelberg (Winningmood), performant en 1m55 avec Dirk Demeersman, ainsi que du fils de Cardento Gorky F, actif en 1m40. Via sa troisième mère, on retrouve le cheval Vagabond (Fantastique), qui participa aux Jeux Olympiques de Sydney sous couleurs canadiennes.
Ultra Star JM fut proclamé Champion de l’approbation des étalons BWP 2023. En 2024, il réalisa 4 parcours sans faute sur 4 dans la compétition belge des étalons, ce qui lui valut d’être couronné co‑champion.

Son of Ermitage Kalone out of the mother Hanky Panky, who descends from the sire Calvaro and further from the ambassador Heartbreaker. Hanky Panky showed an incredible work ethic and quality in jumping at the age of 4. Unfortunately, her sporting career ended prematurely at the age of 5 due to a fracture, and she was later used for breeding. Her oldest offspring, Parenthese (Baloubet), jumped at the 135 level at the age of 7 with Esther Manders. The sister of Ultra Star, born in 2021, « Valkyri JM, » was crowned BWP Champion among the filly foals.
